Message Center-Inquiry Basket Management: user Send  inquiry to your message management.

1. login and enter member account, click on "my account" and  enter member account backstage.

2.click "inquiry basket management" in message center  into inquiry basket message management interface.

3.Explanation of each button

Inbox: the summary of all inquiry basket information. Click to view the inquiry  basket tools

sent: All the letters you have sent by inquiry basket.

Unviewed: All the inquiry letters that all users send to you by inquiry basket.

Viewed: All the inquiry letters that have been viewed.

Deleted: All letters have been removed.

View details: show detailed page of the information after click.

Delete: You can delete the unread messages in bulk, Can not recover after delete

Reply: click "reply" into "send message" interface, you can fill content to reply his

inquiry. click and check "send message"
