Rural Credit Cooperatives Union

Rural Credit Cooperatives Union formerly was rural credit cooperatives. According to rural financial system reform spirit of the State Council in 2004 and permission of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, each rural credit cooperative completed the reform in July 18, 2005. Each rural credit cooperative a local financial institution consist of local farmers, local country privately or individually-owned business, legal persons, employees and other economic organizations. RCCUs practices democratic management, and mainly engaged in providing financial services for agriculture, farmer and rural area.

RCCUs implement a new corporate governance structure of the member's congress, the council, the executive committee and the operations management. RCCUs run independently, take sole responsibility of its profits and losses and assume its own risks.
