First, forget the password

1. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to enter the password recovery page.

2. Fill in the “Login Account” and the “E-mail” used when registering the account;

3. Click Submit. The following page will pop up on the page. Please enter your email address to view it.

Second, change the password

1. Log in to the account, go to the My Account Information page and click on “Security center”;

2. Click "Change Password" and fill in the information "Submit";

 

3. The page will pop up and the password will be modified successfully.
