Dear buyers, hello!

  To protect your interests, to better improve the quality of service, 82EC has established a set of user service supervision mechanism, and set up the "user satisfaction monitoring center". 1.Submit complaints

A, Supplier: if you find the supplier fraud and illegal acts in the 82EC service platform. For example: 1)purchaser pays, but didn't receive the goods; 2) the goods does not conform to the reservation; 3) the delay in delivery, less shipping, quality issues.

B, Third party cooperation: if they have the attitude of service, service content, service quality and other issues, you have any dissatisfaction with their service.

C, 82EC: if 82EC management has system, service and other question, welcome to submit complaints.

2.Keep voucher

Please keep your relevant certificates, such as: between you and supplier, the third party, or management of letters, documents and chat records and other information.
