1.Common Transaction Disputes.
1)The supplier claims that he/she doesn’t receive the returned goods or refused to give you a refund.

B. Chat history with the supplier.

A. Real photographs of the goods;
B. Links to the description of the goods and screenshots of the different description;
C. Chat history with the supplier.
3)The goods you received are fakes.
What evidence you should provide:
A. Photographs of the goods and theirs trademarks;
B. Links to the description of the goods and screenshots of the different description;
C. Third party inspection certificate and chat history with the supplier.
4)The purchaser rejected the goods without any reason and the goods were sent back.

5)The purchaser has paid the order as the supplier’s requirement, but the supplier doesn’t deliver.

3.How to deal with disputes?
Step 1: Login your account, and click “My account”;
Step 2: Click “Complaints Report”;
Step 3: Click “Complaints Report”;
Step 4: Select the type of the event; fill out the theme, contract ways and content; upload pictures; and then click “Submit”;
Step 5: Finally you will get a feedback that the report was submitted successfully.
