1. Purchasing a large quantity of products
If someone is very interested in your products, orders quantities of products in the first contact, has strong willingness to sign an agreement with you, but he does not see a sample nor have an actual inspection. Please be careful!
2. Serial cheat
If someone unclear helps you make money, for example, ask you to be a seller of his products, you get a large order and receive part of payment soon after being a seller. So you purchase from head office. After paying the full price, the purchaser cannot be connected with and the goods cannot be returned.
3. Cheat of commission
Usually, the frauds will adopt a name such as XX foreign trade company and seduce you with attractive foreign trade orders. They will ask you to ship the goods to certain destination after signing contracts and require commission as the purchaser will come to China to examine the goods. If you paid, they will find reason, for example, there is something wrong with the goods to refuse them. It is a waste of time and money. In these cases, you’d better collect a down payment.
4. Cheat of eating and drinking
Those fraud companies usually lie that they are in urgent need of XX product which meets their requirements and ask you to mail them samples. After you mailed the samples, they will tell you that the samples are qualified and ask you to sign contract as soon as possible. In order to get the contract, you will be asked to entertain the leaders such as giving gifts and inviting a dinner.
5. Pretend to be a large national enterprise
Use common sense to evaluate the authenticity of the order. Be cautious of those who are very interested in your products but not concerned with the cost, quality, delivery time of the product and don’t want to discuss more details about the product with you.
6. Luxurious camouflage
Some frauds rent whole floor in a mansion with glorious decoration, numerous staff and various samples. First they will send a fax to you saying that a foreign customer needs this product and invite you to send company information and business card of the legal person. Then they will invite you to somewhere for a face-to face talk two or three days after sending the materials. After you receive, they will ask for referral fee from ¥5000 to ¥10000.
