1, Certificate images must be clear and complete, the front of the certificate indicates company name.

2, No duplicate certificate images

A, If one certificate has two versions in English and Chinese, please upload the Chinese version

B, if you upload the certificate that has a few pages, make sure them are clear, scan into one image to upload.

or choose one page that contains company name, release mechanism, seal (signature) to upload.

3,Certificate of base classes and have qualified certificate within the period of validity.

4,Certificate photos uploaded to the company page.

5,The description  of  certificate picture must be accurate and reflect the core content of the certificate, try to fill in the certificate authentication information (such as ISO9001:2000 certification)

6,The certificate issuing authority shall not conflict with the 82EC operations.

7,Image format must be JPG or GIF, color model is RGB ,image size less than 2M.

8,The company name on the certificate must be consistent with the authentication information, on the contrary, please provide relevant proof.

A, The company is agent.

Please provide the authorized certificate/certificate.

B, Company name changed

Please provide the proof of industrial and commercial bureau; or proof of name change procedures; or code certificate before and after the name change.(old code certificate as a proof in other categories of the general class, then the code certificate on the basis  class certificate)

C, Company contains multiple entities, please provide detailed letter to prove

That letter must have two clear official seal of the company.

D, Group company, the name on the certificate is subsidiary

Need to upload the proof to the company certificates.

9,Names on the certificate must consist with certification information, otherwise please provide relevant proof.

A, If the name on the certificate is the legal representative, please fill in the name of the legal representative and explain the company's legal representative have the certificate.

B, If the name on the certificate is not the legal representative, please provide  clear official seal and signature personnel certificate. Please don't upload the copy.

C, If the patent or trademark registration certificates that is transferred from elsewhere

Provide proof of the transfer or related procedures.

Note: Certificate must be consistent with the company name, members can not modify after submit company name and certificate. If Modify only apply to win business.
